What You're Looking At

Olympic Village isn't a big market. There are seven residential buildings, maybe 1,500 units across the neighbourhood, and at any given time you're usually looking at somewhere between ten and thirty active listings total. That tight inventory is part of why the neighbourhood holds value.

What to Actually Look For When You Buy Here

Building-to-Building Differences

The Brook runs a concierge and shares full access to the Gold Medal Club amenities. Canada House carries the strongest Olympic heritage narrative and sits right on the water. None of these buildings is objectively "best" — the right one depends entirely on what you value.

Cooling, Heating, and Comfort

Several buildings use radiant ceiling cooling — quiet, even, no forced air. Great for sleep, less effective during heat domes if you're in a high-sun unit. Always ask what the unit actually has versus what the listing says.
